Each neighbourhood goes through a four-step process

Every neighbourhood progresses through four distinct steps, and each one sets its own unique rhythm. Want service sooner? Rally your neighbours to complete Step 1 (Survey) and Step 2 (Sign Up). When we reach those targets, construction can kick off faster.

Step 1: Survey

Show your interest. Complete the quick survey and speed test, then ask neighbours to do the same. Higher response from your area moves your neighbourhood to the next step faster

Step 2: Pre-register

Once there’s enough demand, we open pre-registration and service sign-ups. When your neighborhood hits the goal, we green-light construction. Spread the word—every sign-up counts.

Step 3: Get installed

Construction begins. We bring fiber down your street, connect your home, and install the equipment—we'll make sure to keep you informed through each milestone.

Step 4: Go online

Welcome to future-proof broadband. Activate and manage services in the customer portal, shop our online marketplace, and get help anytime by creating support tickets.
